What is habits coaching, why should I learn how to create habits?
Habit formation is a skill. Just like how we learn how to play a musical instrument or a new sport, learning how to create a habit in your life is also a skill. Yes! it is learnable! In the beginning, it will feel like we are clumsy and all over the place but we will get better with practice. This is how we feel about any new skill that we are learning. It is not perfect in the beginning but we get better and better with practice.
By learning how habits work, and how to take advantage of the strategies and intricacies of habit formation, we can form our habits easily and sustain them in the long run. I am a habits expert and I am going to work with you side by side as we work together to create and improve our habits.
Once we learn how to create habits, we will start seeing every problem with the mindset of figuring out the best solution, not with a mindset to avoid this problem, or pretend to ignore the problem as if it does not exist, or even worse to blame others for all our problems so that we don’t have to take any action.
Our habits are the tools that we are creating in our life, these tools take us wherever we want to go. When we work on our habits, we will be working on our progress towards our goals. When we take control of our daily habits, we take control of our life. This automatically puts us in a growth mindset instead of a fixed mindset. We will become life-long learners and doers!
What habits will I be working on?
It is good to start with any habits that you are already trying to create in your life. The habits are going to be your personal choice and we want to keep it that way as habits are not one size fits all. Habits change, grow, and evolve in a different way for each individual. But the methods and strategies are the same, so you can create any habit in your life by learning the basics of how to create a habit. You will also get tons of inspirations for which habit to create next.
The goal is to create as many habits as we can so that we will be saving our willpower only for difficult jobs that actually need our willpower. Through habits we will be creating systems to handle all our priorities, roles, and responsibilities; so that we can focus our limited resources of motivation and willpower on the tasks that truly require these resources.

It is for people who have goals and are working towards them, people who juggle multiple roles and responsibilities but still try to focus on their priorities - their health, wellness, relationships, finances, impact on the community.
